At Lovelaq, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
For hygiene reasons, personal-care products that have been used may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
